I purchased this a few weeks ago to replace my Keurig 2.0 which to my sadness stopped working. I was hoping this new model to be an equivalent to the 2.0 but this model for the price doesn't live up to the quality and features of the 2.0. The only reason I purchased the elete was because it has a clock and you can set it to turn on and is ready to brew when I get up. The 2.0 had the capability to set a turn on and turn off time, the elite only has a turn on setting and length of time to shut off after the last brew. Another 2.0 feature was the lighted water tank so you could see how much water was in the tank. The Kcup holder also went back to the design of my original Keurig which didn't provide all the convenience and quality of the 2.0 design. All in all this is a good coffee maker, lacks many of the nice features of the 2.0. I would have purchase the newer supreme plus model they don't include a clock. I don't understand why the automatic clock is being removed from new Keurigs. I don't really want to be bothered or have to connect to a cell phone to use a coffee maker (a lack of good man machine interface user ease gone wild) would prefer to have all controls on the coffee maker.

Very happy with purchase so far. Noticeably better brewing than my old Keurig that finally kicked the bucket after about 15 years. After looking at all of the Keurig models decided on this one due to large water reservoir and ability for strong brew. Didn’t need all of the smart features available in other models. Very happy with purchase.

I bought this to replace my Keurig 2.0 which is showing signs of old age. I thought it would be comparable, but it is not. If I had known more about this K-Elite, I would not have purchased it. I probably would have purchased the K-Supreme Plus® SMART Single Serve Coffee Maker.

This is a great machine, I especially love the "strong brew" button. It make a 14 oz cup taste more like a good cuppa. I just wish it had an auto turn off feature like my old machine, turn off by time setting instead of15 to 120 minutes after the last cup. The old one turned on at 6:30 am and off at 6:00 pm . MAKE A GREAT CUP!!
