This "elite* model is a bit of a let down

We bought this model to replace or last Keurig(10 years). It does what its supposed to do but it spatters water/coffee all over in front of cup while brewing ! Makes a mess on the counter every time. Also cant set a default cup size and we miss the cool night light feature in the water reservoir
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this coffee maker. The coffee maker I had before this was a drip coffee maker and I love the convenience of the Keurig. I can have iced coffee so easily! And even get plain hot water!

I bought this a few weeks ago and love its ease of use and the quality brew it puts out. With my old coffee maker, I would always set it up at night to save a little time in the morning. Now, I just pop in a K-cup and have a great cup of coffee in about a minute.

Outstanding machine! Previous owner of Keurig machines and this model outshines the rest. First, the convenience of making a cup of coffee: quick and quiet. Second, holds more water and third, the taste is supreme in every cup. I haven’t tried the iced coffee or tea yet so no comments there. I love this coffee maker!
