Replacing a 2.0 so I like that it brews any K-cup. Plus it does brew hotter than my 2.0. Beyond that, I don't care for this brewer. It's incredibly lightweight which means it slides when I use it. Most of it is cheap plastic, thus it sliding. Many features operate differently including auto shut off being after 90 minutes rather than a set time. The water reservoir lid doesn't have a hinge so it has to be completely removed to add water. In addition, there's a gray panel on the front so it's harder to watch the water level since it has to be seen from the side. The machine is very noisy as well. Overall, it works and does the job, but it's just not the quality I expect from Keurig.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this a couple weeks ago to upgrade from a previous model, we have been using basic Keurigs for many years.

Excellent Coffee Maker

I got this as a gift back in June and wanted to wait a few months to leave a review just to make sure. This is the best Keurig out there. Not a single issue in 6 months and the coffee it makes; both regular and iced, are excellent. The larger cup sizes and temperature controls are simply put, a game changer. Excellent product.
We just replaced our old Keurig with a new one. The controls are convenient and the brew choices are more numerous. The unit makes a very good cup of coffee and quickly.
I had problems with my previous machine and went thru a lot of K Cups. Problem solved. Now I know how to troubleshoot machine. Rep's answered all my questions and very patient with me. Thanks again for all you do.
