We have owned Keurig for many years. We purchased this model last month, we are so happy we did, the features are great.

Turns off when pressing brew button

We just got our 2nd replacement a week ago and this one, just like the other 2, continually shuts itself off when I push any brew button. The worst if it is that after I turn it back on and brew again it doubles the amount of water produced. I have troubleshot this to death online and with Kuerig and it simply doesn’t work. Wish I kept my old one, we only bought a new one for a larger water reservoir.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Noisy

I purchased this product about a month ago. I am a huge fan of Keurigs, however, I thought this one was Very noisy. I went online and read the reviews for this issue. The replies from the company stated that the customer should call your customer service help line, which is what I did. I called Customer Support Line, after waiting about 15 minutes, the customer service representative actually heard the Loud noise and suggested I put a mat, to cushion the coffee maker, as my counter tops are granite and the vibrations caused the noises. I did as the customer service representative suggested and it did not alleviate the noises. The only reason I purchased a new one was because the Keurig I previously owned for approximately 9 years finally decided to quit pumping water.
I really feel as there are no other options. I am really disappointed as I was a Huge fan of Keurig Products.

The selection of features is very good!

We have had this K-Elite Unit for about a month. We have an old Single Cup Model 860. It is about 9 or 10 years old. We have really enjoyed the old one but the pump had it's own idea of when it wanted to work and made lots of noise when refilling the heating area. It did shut off when it was supposed to. The new K-Elite is not nearly the quality of the Model 860. It spurts and gurgles and won't shut off when finished brewing. It makes considerable splashing around and outside the cup. I believe the new K-Elite is somewhat over-priced in comparing it with the old Model 860. If I could trade it for one which works better, I would do so.

Not laid out well

I purchased this to replace my B70. The clock is on top and is useless. When the lid is open, the clock is upside down and facing the wall. When the lid is closed, you can't see it because it is pointing straight up to the ceiling. You cannot see the water level in the tank while filling. I had to remove the trim piece to expose the front so I can see the level. I have the coffee maker sitting on top of a K cup drawer filled with K cups. My wife has to stand on her "tippy toes" to see the buttons due to them being on top. This unit does make an excellent cup of coffee. I am happy with the actual use, just not the way it is laid out. I'm going to purchase a different one and give this one to a family member. I might have to purchase a different brand as I no longer see any Keurigs with the front visible LED screen. I would not recommend this coffee maker.

Loving it

It was time to replace my Keurig coffee maker. I went directly to this site and found just the model I wanted. I love the multiple settings- 4,6,10,12 oz. I am glad to see this model did away with the small computer screen which never quite worked after a year. This model also has an iced coffee feature which I am looking forward to using . This coffee maker is sleek and very user friendly. I’m a happy customer!

So far I am so happy with my new Keurig. My old one was fantastic also but after a few years had seen it's better days. Time for something updated and better! Thanks for a great product and bring on the coffee!
