I have purchased 3 keurigs before and this is so far, the best for me. It has great features, it is quiet, it is fast, and not digital which broke on my last one. The only thing I wish it had was a hinged, flip-up lid for the water reservoir.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointing

I replaced our other Keurig for this model. It is extremely noisy by comparison to our other coffee maker. A surprise since it is a much newer model. Also, when the reserve is half full, the add water light comes on. What's with that? We've had four Keurig coffee makers including single serve models and this is the only one that has been a disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When our 3rd Keurig stopped working, I called Keurig and they helped me replace my old model which they don't make any more for a new model which has 5 settings for volume and also making iced tea directly. Also we like the new look and gold color.

I received the K-Elite last week! I like the Iced feature and the coffee brews hotter than my other machine, it actually stays hot after adding the creamer! One thing I miss is the Nightlight feature that my previous machine had, I liked having the extra light. I'm giving this machine 4 stars instead of 5 for this reason. Please Keurig bring back the light!

It is a backward just because you added ice coffee does not mean progress you have to choose what you want every time you use it instead of programming it once.
