Great..until it stopped working.

I bought the Elite a little over a year ago. I loved this product at first. The large reservoir and iced coffee function are wonderful. Unfortunately, within the last week the machine has been intermittently shutting off on its own with no shut off timer set. It will randomly shut down while selecting a cup size and while brewing. I have been a loyal Keurig customer for years but I’m highly disappointed in my experience with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i bought this yesterday, i like it other than there's no light on the water anymore you have to keep watching to see if it needs filled!!

There is something wrong with my unit. The size selection buttons do not light up when I select strong unlike my sister’s and brother’s unit. Is this normal? I end up pressing the hot water button to select coffee size.

Disappointing replacement for my last Keurig top of the line coffeemaker which died after 2.5 years. It is louder during the brew cycle. It requires me to add water half way through the water well when there is adequate water in the tank. It is smaller and makes good coffee but not as good as my last Keurig. This is likely my last Keurig (I have had 3) which appear to have a limit of a 2 year life span.

This was purchased an older non functioning Keurig. So much quieter and quicker than the old machine and looks so much better sitting on the counter. We use it daily and have no issues in the 6 months since the purchase date.

I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s easy to operate, clean and sleek lines. I love the slate color. What I love best is it’s slays ready to brew. That’s important! It also give me several different choices of what and how to make a beverage.
