I purchased this model once we realized that our Keurig with Cafe was having continuous problem making a cup 6 oz cup of coffee. Also , we were unable to locate the pods for the Cafe. Back to our current purchase, we are unable to see the water reservoir, there is no cancel brewing button and the light feature is no longer available. Hopefully, the mechanisms last longer than our last one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fine machine. Wish it would make hotter beverages. Even with increase in temp I feel it could be hotter

Bought it. One month later it stopped working. Went back to store and exchanged for a new one. One year later, same problem. For the price you pay, it should work for more than a year. Piece of garbage!!!!!

I really like this maker, the fill capacity is great I don’t have to fill it every other cup. I also like that it’s not lit up all the time. The only things I don’t like are the lid doesn’t flip open and I can’t read the display because I’m too short.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just purchased this keurig about a week ago and was super excited about an easy way to enjoy iced coffee. Unfortunately, it brews VERY hot. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong ?

Annoying problems

I really love what the machine does, it has some really good features and the coffee does taste great. My two problems with it are that 1) the lid for the reservoir thank doesn’t fit properly and it wobbles, therefore not sealing the tank as it should. I’m constantly finding dead ants floating inside the water. Funny thing is I don’t have an ant problem but the 3 or so ants in my kitchen find their way to the unsealed tank. 2) the auto turn on timer has its own mind. Some days it works some days it doesn’t. As much as I love all the features it really doesn’t help me to have a reservoir of water if I have to constantly change the water in it.
