This is our second Keurig and we love it!! Love the cup size option, brewing time and ease of cleaning etc. The only downfall is we miss the hinged lid on our last unit. With this one, to put water in you must remove the whole lid. All in all a great machine!!

We are satisfied with our purchase but our old one we had for YEARS was easier to read and had a bigger reservoir. The time, etc was slanted towards you in the front, this one is on top and hard to read when placed under the top cabinets. Wish they still made the old one.
This is my third Keurig. The last one was over 15 years old and it finally decided it was time to retire. We couldn’t get thru a morning without it so we gave it a proper burial and bought a new updated one. I don’t know how to make regular coffee so I absolutely love the ease of the Keurig.

We are long time users of the Keurig brand . We were a little sad when ours was no longer working. We had it for 8 years. So of course we had to order a new one.
