can't seem to reach 192 degrees

this is one of many Keurig coffee makers I have owned. I've yet to have one that will brew coffee at the 192 degree temperature indicated in the settings. I even complained to support about it, but mysteriously, the complaint was never addressed. I never heard back. I like the varieties of decaffeinated coffee that is available, so i continue to use a Keurig. I usually get a couple of years use before they quit working, so I just plan on a two-year life.
I would recommend this to a friend!

New Brewer With Options

My new Keurig is a nice upgrade from my 8 year old brewer, I like the additional brewing sizes and iced option. My only issue is how loud the warm up cycle is when the unit starts up. It has woken up my wife a couple of early mornings from the kitchen. Overall it’s a nice brewer!

Most everything was easy to set up

Setting the time shows a quarter moon symbolizes PM no mater what you try to set am and pm. This was very frustrating. Everything else was easy to set. I had obtained a 15% discount email due to not being able to get the descale message to turn off and when I applied the coupon the amount discounted was less than the 15%.. Unbelievable that this would happen Removal of the water tank I and replacing it is clumsy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This feature automatically turns off the coffee maker after 2 hours of inactivity to save energy. The clock feature will display either AM or PM to indicate the time.
