Looks nice--working perfectly at present time... (only used for week) If it last as long as my last Keurig coffee machine, it will be a good thing. As with all surveys--cannot understand why they want your opinion on items you have only use 2 or 3 times!!!!

Some pluses ad some minuses

Bought this a month ago and it has some short comings. I can not get the coffee as hot as my older Keurig did. It cools off very quickly. And the water storage view is blocked from view rather than see through as my older Keurig was when you are in front of it. You must go to the side to see that the water is low.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water vessel is hiding

I have three issues. The water vessel is not visible in the front. You must turn the machine, open the lid or wait for low water level. There are no "oz" settings. Just a picture of a cup. You must turn on the machine each time. My other Keurig, I would load, select size, push down.
