It works fine. I bought this to replace my Keurig 2.0 which I've had for more than 5 years. out of the box, it feels more flimsy and doesn't sit as firmly on the counter. While it brews coffee without any issues, I don't trust that it'll last more than a year

I bought this lovely K-Elite a month or so ago, and I cannot live without it! It is ready for coffee when I am! No waiting for water to heat! My favorite feature is that it will brew iced coffee, as well! Thank you, Keurig, for your incredibly innovative Keurig!

This is our 3rd purchase of a Keurig brewer. It works as it’s supposed to do but the water reservoir leans away from the brewer at the top and we are afraid that it may cause problems in the future. That is the reason for 4 star rating.

Definite improvements!

I’ve been using for about a month and have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. It had been more than 10 years since I bought my first Keurig. There have been some definite improvements. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I seem to be filling with water more frequently.
Big water reservoir to have coffee all day long and enjoy

Good, but…

Coffee maker is good , but it’s made flimsy compared to the 2.0 I replaced and you can’t open to make coffee under the kitchen cabinets while sitting on the coffee pod caddy! Now I have to pull it out from underneath the cabinet to make coffee!! Seems like there was no thought about overall coffee height when designing this maker.
