I purchased this as an early Christmas present for my brother. His first experience with a Keurig and he loves this coffee maker!! I cannot wait until they go on sale again so that I can purchase one for myself! I have had my Keurig for at least ten years and it is time to replace. Have had my eye on the Elite for a long time.

Great improvement for our old Keurig

We were having problems with our old Keurig which was much older than the 3 to 5 years that it should have lived. Anyway we are happy to have our new Elite model. It is faster, holds more water and every cup we brew is consistently good. The only problem we had was programming it to go on and off according to our needs. We did figure it out after reading the directions, lol.

Very nice brewer! Makes a great cup of coffee. The settings are confusing to set up. Not much of an instruction booklet included. I still haven’t figured out how to set the timer even after watching a couple YouTube videos. That’s the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

So far so good. A lot quieter than our old Keurig and seems to brew faster. I like the design, it looks just like my older one, but it's much liker than the old one, and the water tank doesn't sit as flush to the unit as the old one. Hopefully it's made to last as long as the other one did, seven years of perfect service.

Easy to operate easy to clean coffee taste so much better than the mini Keurig that we had purchased and it's all about a hotter heating temperature I believe and our coffee has been much better ever since we purchased the unit
