Coffee maker is great. One thing I would recommend is to program the "Strong" to stay on instead of having to hit it each cup.

I like this brewer and have been a Keurig user for years. However, the ergonomics of the water reservoir is not very good. It is difficult to place the reservoir on the brewer after filling. It is very awkward trying to position your hands (you have to use both hands) correctly while at the same time not spilling the water. It's kind of a pain, especially at 0500, and certainly more difficult than my previous Keurig brewer. I thought Keurig would have improved the design from previous brewers, not make it worse. If I had seen this brewer in the store, rather than just ordering online, I would have probably kept looking.
