This machine works great! I love the iced coffee function.

I bought this coffeemaker to replace an older model. Love the additional features this one has and added cup sizes. So glad I purchased it.

Working Great

I've had a new kuerig every year for about 15 years. We use them alot and they always seem to eventually just stop working well. I recently had the smart brewer for about a year.. loved it.. but over time it would only work on certain kcups. The starbucks pods would always jam the machine... so I gave up on smart guy and got this guy.... so far it's great... the coffee is stronger and I love the color of the kuerig. We'll see how long this one last, lol. Side note: yes I clean, and descale my brewers.

Love this machine. Miss the LED light in the water tank, harder to see when getting low and when filling to see top water line. Had same one, older version with LED lights, loved it but had a screen that quit working after 2 years. Otherwise love the updated version and hope it lasts.

I've had this model before and loved it. I gave my last, newer, model to my son & daughter in law. I still like it but don't need the fancy coffee brewing additions. I felt this model was perfect for me and purchased it again.
