First the positive. It's a very good looking machine , very quiet and makes a good cup of coffee. But the negative aspects, unlike previous models, you cannot see the water tank from the front. There also is not a light in the water tank and the buttons have halo lighting instead of being illuminated so unless you have a light shining on it from the top you can't read the buttons at all in the dark.

This is a reliable, attractive Keurig beverage maker. I love the clean lines, the ease of making coffee, tea, hot chocolate and how easy it is to keep clean. I also bought a spare in case one ever breaks down

This was purchased several weeks ago and gas been working exactly as I would’ve imagined…the new keurig is lighter in weight with several updated features that are a nice improvement or my older one…hopefully I enjoy many years with my new purchase !

I bought my coffee maker to replace a keurig that I had used daily for 11 years. Am happy with my new one and it is a little quieter when it brews which is nice.

I purchased the new coffee pot as I wanted to adjust the heat, and my previous pots I couldn’t descale. I purchased descaling products and the light wouldn’t go off!
