I love this Keurig coffee maker with one exception.
The front part of the water reservoir is brushed silver and hides the water level.
In order to see the water level, you have to turn the machine sideways.
This was not an issue with my last Keurig. The water level was visible from the front of the machine.

I bought this to replace my last Keurig Elite purchased about 7 years ago. I like this Keurig but they have lost some features in the newer model that I miss. There is no light in the water reservoir so it’s hard to tell where the water level is. They took the hinge off of the water reservoir cover so now you have to remove the whole cover to fill it up. Not something most people care about unless you had the previous version and liked these two options. Are you listening Keurig?? Other than that it works perfectly. It’s not as loud when it makes coffee as my last one was which I appreciate. I have no huge complaints about the machine. Easy set up and makes my coffee.

Nice Coffee Maker, I liked my old one better, you didn't have to fumble around with the lid of the water reservoir, like this one, it was hinged and also removable, but alas my old Keurig died after UMPTEEN cups of coffee. I guess I'll just have to listen to my Wife gripe about dropping the reservoir lid on the floor every time she goes to fill it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the new machine

Our last Keurig was over 7 years old, so it was time. We love the new one with the bigger water reservoir and nice looking. My only thought is I don’t like the refill lid is not hinged so you have to take it off. We do use a Brita so the water is filtered.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the first Keurig I have owned and I'm impressed by it. It's easy to use, the water heats up fast and the brewed coffee tastes as good as at a coffee shop. It's nice to just have one cup of good tasting hot coffee or cocoa first thing on a cold morning.
