Only had about 1 Month so too early to rate. I can tell about what i don't like so far my last Keurig had a light where the refill tank was and this doesn't so have to turn a light on to see the water level. Also my last one had a clock you could see 10 ft. away it was facing forward, this one faces up you have to be on top of it to see the time making it pretty much useless.

Poor Quality

My original Keurig coffee maker was amazing and lasted for 8 years. I replaced it with this model and the quality was severely diminished. After one year this model started having issues producing a full cup of coffee despite use of filters and descaling as recommended. After 2 years it completely stopped working. Very disappointed for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Received this Elite as a gift, only lasted a little more than a year. It's certainly not "ELITE." I understand that things don't last forever, but come on now, this gift, was to replace my Keurig Classic, that only lasted a year or so. My good ole "Mr. Coffee" & "Hamilton Beach" coffee makers were taken out of storage, cleaned, plugged in, & BOOM, delicious hot coffee. "Keurig" is just about a name brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful Machine

I purchased this when my older unit died (which was out of warranty as I had it for several years). Had a bit of an issue when the rep on their main call site quoted me a price for this unit, Assured Me our conversation and price would be recorded on their computer so any associate could help (I wanted to 'shop around' for better prices), but then when I called back the very next day to place my order, there were no notes of our conversation. Yes, I was really ticked off because the cost was going to be $50 more. Not believing I would get any satisfaction from a manager, I went ahead and asked to speak with a supervisor and WOW I was taken care of in an instant with even More of a savings for my inconvenience. That is Great Customer Service! I really like this machine for its sleek modern look and options. The only thing people might wish it had is being able to have it automatically turn on at certain times. However, being that takes less than 3 minutes to brew a cup I wouldn't make it a deal breaker. I do use bottled water as I am on a well if that makes any difference.
This is the second coffee maker I have bought in the past month , the first one only held 12ounces of water, you had to fill it every time you wanted coffee. This new one holds 75 ounces of water, I can have 6 cups before refilling this one. Very nice coffee maker 5⭐

Our previous Keurig lasted for 10 years! We didn’t want a new machine with all bells and whistles! Just a good cup of coffee with a choice of brewing stronger and a bigger amount! This one fits the bill perfect!

Great coffeemaker

I’ve had this coffeemaker a month and am so happy I bought it. It’s a great cup of coffee with no drips after. Works quickly and quietly. I love all the cup sizes and the iced feature. It’s also nice to have the strong option. Would definitely recommend.
