Replaced 5 year old Keurig-elite and this is not as good as first one. It does the job, but the water tank does not light up. When brewing it is slow and sputters and dripples at the end of cycle. Not unhappy - just disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While the appearance is much nicer, the old Keurig made much better tasting coffee. I wish I still had the old one to use instead of this one. Maybe it's something I'm doing wrong, but the coffee does not taste the same (as good).

I bought this coffee maker a couple of weeks ago because my previous one had the descale light came on and I couldn't get it working again after numerous attempts. I love Keurig machines and decided to try a different model, so far so good. Let's hope I don't have a similar problem with this coffee maker.

We have used Keurig coffee makers for about 15 years and love the convenience of turning on the coffee maker and brewing a cup without having to make a pot that may be wasted. Th8s new silver Keurig is versatile and makes coffee hot or cold.

My original Keurig crapped out after 8 years...it had a long run! I chose this model because of its modern stainless steel look, that it has more than 3 cup size options, you can't see the water container from the front, like you can with regular models, (it's covered with a stainless steel looking piece) I thought that looked messy when the water wasn't full, and now I don't need to refill as much, because of that and that the water vessel is larger!
