I bought this for my nephew because he is starting a new household and I liked the one I've been using for a few years. I like all the options available, including iced coffee, strong coffee, and the ability to change the brewing temperature as well as 5 different sizes. The only negatives are that the controls are on top and hard to read if you're a short person and the keurig is sitting on a roll out tray containing coffee pods and it does take up a lot of counter space. All things considered, I would buy another when this one gives out.
Works okay except auto off does not seem to work. I would return it but has water in the inner reservoir and is much heavier than it was when received. My 12 year old one was stellar, don’t know this will be as satisfactory.

The only reason I ordered a new coffeemaker was because I have had my other Elite for 7 yrs and it was making noises. I am a little disappointed with my new maker. It just doesn't seem to be of the same high quality. There are a few different things that I don't care for.

I purchased this to replace a Keurig that was just over a year old. It made coffee by running around the pod unless pressure was placed on the top. Took a chance this would be as good as my original

Owned my last Keurig for years and loved it. When it died I purchased a Keurig K•Elite and for the most part it works well, however the quality is not the same. This model doesn't allow the user to see the level of water in the reservoir tank from the front.
