Brews a good cup of hot coffee. The multistream ones didn't brew the coffee as hot. This one is so much better than I thought. Love the different sizes you can brew and even just get hot water if you need it.

Coffee machine arrived with broken pod housing/arm. The pod housing was locked in, in a flat mode, not able to tilting forward when opening the handle. It works but we have to be careful to not get our fingers cut with the piercing needle.

I'm loving my new hot/iced coffee Keurig! My old one was still working (although laboring at the task) that was "handed down" to me to begin with, but Keurig made me an offer I couldn't refuse!!! A VERY Happy Keurig customer! <3

Was so happy the team members at Keurig were able to help me. Sadly when I opened my new coffee friend I noticed that the color was not correct. I just assumed that the team member that helped me did not change the color when requested to brushed slate. But just looked at email and it does state correct color... Only reason for loss of starz. When you are paying this much for a coffee machine one would hope to get what they ordered. :( Other then that I am glad to be able to get my morning coffee.

Our older unit quit working. We called to get help troubleshooting but we’re unsuccessful. The customer representatives worked with us to find a good unit to replace the one we had and gave it to us at a great price. Very friendly very helpful folks.

Just received. A little difficult to set up cut off feature and I wish I had the Oz option as opposed to cup pictures. Had to do trial and error to discover better use BIGGEST cup gor proper brew. FORGET fitting a tall travel mug. Ain't gonna happen even with spillover removed. In retrospect pay much less get basic model.

I bought this excited that it came in brushed gold, however, it is not truly gold. Looks more beige. So it doesn’t really match my kitchen hardware. Not sure how the iced coffee feature works since coffee comes out hot and melts the ice creating a watered down coffee instead. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong.

To use the Brew Over Ice feature, simply fill a 16oz tumbler with ice (do not use glass), insert your favorite K-Cup pod and select the Iced button for delicious iced coffee. Your beverage will brew hot, and chill over ice, for a full-flavored iced coffee.
