The turn off timer does not work. We have set the timer many times already and still does not work.

A bit of concern. A small drip after brewing, which was what my old unit was doing, making me decide on a new one.

This is the 3rd one we have purchased. It has a decent sized reservoir and has multiple sizes. My husband likes the strong button. This one has a metal lever instead of the flimsy plastic one (the piece you pull down after inserting the K-Cup)). We had previously purchased models with the plastic lever and they felt like they wouldn’t be very durable. I am hoping this one lasts a couple of years
