We love this new Keurig K-Elite!! Very fast and much quieter than our previous one. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that, in my opinion, it would be helpfil to be able to see the water level from the front of the unit. The front of the reservoir is soild which looks good aesthetically. But just isn't as convenient for monitoring the water level. All in all a great unit!!!

The large water reservoir is really nice. Having the buttons be physical click-type buttons and not an LED screen is a huge bonus. I really like the fact that I can prepare my grounds, close the lid, select the size I want and walk away while the machine is still warming up the water. Once the water is warmed up, it'll automatically start brewing. I don't have to wait for the water to warm up before making my selection. The Re-Use cup works great, the way the lid connects to the body is janky at best. The lid has to be aligned perfectly to the base before you can put them together and twist to lock it. But for those who have a hard time seeing, it can be difficult to find the two parts the align together. I'm left to kind of feel around the lip until I can feel the little bump. This should be re-designed. The entire unit is very light weight and easy to move around my kitchen as needed. On a final note though, I really don't like that there isn't an LED light in the water reservoir area. I can't see how much water is in the reservoir unless I've got an external light source like the kitchen light.

My last brewer lasted so long and it broke on me one day. I was hesitant to order another one but this one really surprised me! I really do love it and it looks so pretty on my counter! Keurig always does impress!

So far so good with this one. We'll see in 3-6 months. The last two I had crapped out, one within 3 months and the other within a year. I had the Keurig K-Express. Both were terrible. We decided to give Kerurig one more try and upgraded to this one. Will update later. Im only giving 5 Stars for this one so far. I would give zero stars would be for the others!
