Difficult to use

I bought this to replace my broken Keurig K-525 which I loved. The lid on this one doesn't slant so you can see the clock. I am short. Also, the directions for setting up were not terribly detailed, so i haven't figured out how to set the auto brew or selections to remain set. The water dispenser has a single lid that is not split so you can't just lift the lid to put in water, you need to take the entire thing off. And it is heavy when filled with water. Not good for old or disabled people. And it doesn't say how to brew a pot of coffee either. I guess jus keep filling it up until the pot is full. Not that I do that. But it is smaller and doesn't require as much space. The coffee isn't as strong as what the other machine brewed. But it is ok. the overall quality is nowhere as good as the previous one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this right before Christmas as my 5 year old Keurig had run its course. This machine is much better. The brew is great, hot, and a lot more quiet than the old one. So far I am very happy with the performance.

I have exchanged this coffeemaker too many times because something stopped working I'm about to send it back AGAIN because it shuts off in the middle of brewing ughhh! Good thing I purchased a 4 year warranty I think it's time to try something else

I’ve had this less than two months and it’s broken

My keurig was working just fine this morning. I went to make an iced coffee, but the button and it shuts off. I plugged it in somewhere else, went to try and brew a regular cup - I hit the button and again it shuts off. I’m just a few weeks out of my return period and I’m livid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this in early March 2022. Love it. Has so many nice features to choose from in making your coffee just how you like it. Really like the brushed gold color. So quite when brewing a cup.

Machine has changed but they deny deny deny!

Our elite machine stopped dispensing water correctly and troubleshooting did not fix it so they sent us an elite replacement. The coffee never tasted the same. Same machine same water same pod nothing has changed at all and the coffee is weak I can’t even finish it up I so dislike it. So I called in we troubleshoot it and they sent me out a second machine again the elite. Same exact thing happened. They say the machine has not changed I say something has changed. you know your coffee that you have every single morning. nothing else that is changed in set up except for the machine twice now. Please be honest with your customers. I try to get a supervisor on the phone and I’m told that I’ll be sitting on hold for two hours. She asked if that will be OK. Um. No! How about you have them call me back? Peets Major Dickason is a delicious cup of coffee now wasted.

K-Elite Single Server not as good as the K-Classic

I miss my K- Classic Brewer. I purchased the K-Elite Single Server but it fell short of what the K-Classic had as far of functions. I do not like the water reservoir because you have to take the whole lid off instead of having the half lid that allowed easy access to fill when I just needed to add water. I am always dropping the lid on the K-Elite to add water due to its light weight. I also miss the light in the reservoir and the frontal view of the water level. Now I have to turn the brewer sideways to see the water level. I do not like to wait for the brewer to say it is empty button because it is sometimes rude for my guests.
