I had an old Keurig 2.0 machine and this one seems to run much faster and I can put a mug under it without risking it falling over. I only use the coffee function but it works great.

I've previously owned two Keurig K-Select coffee makers which made very good coffee, but developed problems with the machine shutting off right in the middle of brewing a cup. This happened in less than two years w/ my second Keurig. So I decided to upgrade to a Keurig K-Elite. I've only had it for less than two weeks, but am completely satisfied with it's performance.

I bought this to replace a Keurig that I’ve had for probably 8 years or more that (the needle) broke. So far I’m very happy with it but I do wish they would enclose a more extensive manual for setup. I have tried the ice coffee feature and very good, however I don’t know why you can’t do that with ANY coffee maker. Also it signals to add water when it’s only half empty whereas my other one signaled when it was almost empty. Other than these fairly minor things I am very happy with this brewer and it is very attractive. I hope I will get as many years out of this brewer as I did my previous!
