This is our second K-Elite. It was a very good unit the first time around so, when the first one was due for replacement, we ordered another one. It looks the same and brews just as well. There is, however, one item about the new one that I don't care for. The first K-Elite had a light which illuminated the water reservoir but the new one does not. Because I can't see well, it is very difficult for me to tell that the new K-Elite is on or how much water is in it without the light. This K-Elite is a good coffee maker but I will not buy another Keurig K-Elite unless it has a lighted water reservoir.
Makes enough coffee for my husband and I to last all day. This is the second of this particular coffee pot. No matter how carefully I treated it and how often I descaled, it only lasts 3 years. Seems to be that way will all Keurig, which tends to annoy me. Regardless, we have tried going back to a regular drip coffee pot, but don't like the extra work involved so will stick with this. Wish Keurig would make them longer lasting though.
Easy to use. I like that I can request a cup to be brewed before it has finished heating. Beats waiting for the warmup before so can hit the start button
Love this brewer but not cool that the same one I had before stopped working less than 2 years of owning...may go back to brewing my own in my 9ld coffee pot if this breaks within the next 2 years
I would rate this a great BUT I haven't had the maker but for one month. The last two Keurig multi serve appliances were smaller and neither one lasted even a year. In my opinion, this style is put together better but I do remember the first Keurig's to come out were very well made.
I would recommend this to a friend!
