I love my new Keurig. The water capacity is larger. It has the ability to brew multiple sizes (the large being larger than my previous Keurig. I also enjoy the Iced Coffee feature. My favorite feature is the ability to set the time for the machine to turn on each day. The water is hot when I want to brew my first cup and I no longer need to go to the kitchen on the other end of the house, each morning to turn it on.
I bought this to replace my commercial Keurig that died after 10 years of service. I wanted all of the same features that it had and the Elite fit the bill plus some. We love the hot water on demand and the iced beverage choice, plus the Strong brew options. It's more sleek than my old machine and looks great on the counter.
I purchased this 2 weeks ago and love it.it has a larger water reservor and makes hot water for ice drinks.it has several drink sizes and also a mug size.its a great product
I’m not impressed. My other kuerig broke so I ordered another, newer and better but I really wish I hadn’t spent my money. This machine only works after resetting it three times. I’ll use it for now but eventually I’ll replace it bc I don’t like it like I loved my other. It lasted for 10 years and I wish it was still working.

Although the design is nice and sleek and warm up and dispensing is quite quick many of the great features that were on the previous model 2.0 are gone. It’s quite the downgrade from program ability to setting timers and everything in between which was all on a beautiful display and easy to use on prior model. This is quite a cut back , and I feel they went backwards instead of forwards in quality and technology. Also the quick guide ( versus giving a nice booklet with all the instructions needed like before) ) making a customer go online is lazy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

4 months ago I bought a Supreme new maker. Not turn out to be Keurig’s best model. It ended up in the trash as not the best coffee and electronics went crazy! I replaced it with the Elite model and happy to have this model. Flavor is better and it’s just a better quality machine all around. Yes, Elite has a bigger footprint on your counter but we’ll worth the extra space. Flavor with the one needle much better than the newer multi needle models!!
My old Keurig quit working after constant use over 2 yrs. I liked it so much that I purchased another K-Elite just like it. I love the cup size options for tea or coffee, hot cocoa, etc.
