Don't like it. , not convenient,,wont stay on and have to wait too long for water to heat,and hard to see the water level
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just went from a grinder coffee maker to this. I was tired of all the cleaning of parts and making coffee nightly ahead of time for use in the morning. Now it’s easy to just brew up a cup as we need it. I bought the older model which my daughter had and I liked a lot. It’s just what I needed! Got a great deal too!
Measure is wrong/inaccurate. Slow to react. Expensive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So many more features than my old Keurig. I’ve especially liked the cup size settings and hot water dispenser, but the best thing is the amount of cups I can have before refilling the water reservoir!
I bought this a s a replacement for my old Keurig. I like the multiple cup size buttons and the in tank filter. This filter has made a difference in the taste of my coffee. One criticism I have is the water tank. The lid is not hinged so must be completely removed to add water. The tank itself does not have any way to grab hold of it if you remove it and fill from the faucet. My old unit the tank had a hinged opening so it was easy to put water into it. It was also clear on the front so it was easy to see the water level. The new unit is only clear on the side which makes I difficult to see the water level in the tank.
