My old Keurig stopped tasting good and I have heard lot horror stories with newer Keurigs. I have the mini and even though love strong button it takes way too long get a coffee! I love this maker and all it's sizes, features such as strong button, and ice coffee. I chose well! I use this at home and enjoying it very much!
This is a replacement for my fotmer Keurif that was 18 years old. Yes! They can last that long!! The pump was just really loud and i wanted some additional features so i got this one. I love the strong button feature. I like that little extra kick in my first cup and during these hot summer months im loving the over ice feature too. My new nachine is quiet, quick and i reaaly like the water filtration. I use filtered water because our waree is really hard in central Florida and i can really taste the difference the additional filtration makes.
I’m on the fence , don’t particularly like that it doesn’t stay on and would probably enjoy the many features if I had a booklet or manual explaining the features and. no explanation on descaling, I like my previous kuerig a lot better and it came with instructions.

I had this same coffee maker for quite a few years, with no problems until recently. I realized it was time for a replacement so I purchased the same item. I have been using it for about two weeks. The coffee tastes wonderful but the last several days the “needs water” light keeps coming on. Each time there was an almost full clear water reservoir. I have been pouring out the water and refilling it. The coffee maker then works. I wanted to point this out while it is still new. Does this mean that the coffee maker is starting to fail? I love the coffee maker and I get automatic shipments if coffee from you, which I love.
I was a little leery because this model didn't seem to have as many functions as our old one did. However, we love this one even more than out old one. It's the little things - is warms up super fast; you can choose your cup size while it's warming up and put the pod in and it will start as soon as the water is the right temperature saving having to open and close it again after warmup; it turns off after 2 hours automatically - I don't have to set a time; it's much quieter.
This is a nice machine which replaced our 10(?) yr old Keurig. This model has additional cup size options. The hot water feature is nice for tea, and the multi-stream feature helps to create a better, fuller-tasting beverage. The old model did not have a replaceable filter so we will see how that goes.
