Fairly new by a few weeks. Noticed that the top right side of the coffee maker gets very hot. I hope this is normal and not abnormal. Time will tell. I will keep an eye on it. Otherwise so far so good.

Tough Keurig Coffee Maker

I'm back on this site because I purchased this model about 3 years ago for the office and now I want one for my home. At work, anywhere from 2 to 10 people use this coffee maker non-stop, every day, 7 days a week. I work in Airport Operations and we are open 24/7, 365 days a year. Folks make hot coffee, ice coffee, tea and hot cocoa with this machine throughout the day. And when I say use, I mean ABuse. This coffee maker has never failed us and to my knowledge, it has never required a needle cleaning. I've had Keurigs at home that ONLY I use and they went down or needed constant needle cleaning after only a few months of use and were very delicate. So, again, I am back here because I want to get another one (or two) of these before they get discontinued. I highly recommend this product.
