Old unit was over 9 years old. Replaced with this and very happy. MUCH quieter, stores under cabinet and do miss being able to see how much water in reservoir and hinged refill hood without pulling it out. Would like to investigate a way to hard pipe it

The only reason I pulled one star from 5 is the flimsy construction of the brewer. However I need a new pot and I can definitely taste the difference in my coffee. It tastes much better.

Perfect cup every time. Hubby likes his coffee strong, so the "strong" feature suits him fine. Easy to fill water container. Set the timer so it is warmed up when I wake in the morning.

I like the different features it has and it heats up pretty fast and makes coffee super easy. Ive tried the ice coffee feature but its not my favorite because it still requires you to put in a ton of ice in the cup which ends up watering down the coffee. Other than that the machine works great.

I purchased this coffee maker after my other Keurig coffee maker finally broke after 5 years. I have had nothing but problems with this one and can't seem to get Support from Keurig to help me. I have loved Keurig but after this purchase I am going back to the original drip coffee maker because of all the frustration and disappointment in this model. I would not recommend this on to anyone.

I wanted a Keurig that has a larger water reservoir and also one in a brushed gold color. This one was perfect. It’s pretty and serves good tasting Keurig coffee in different sizes as well as hot water. I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars as it seems a bit more flimsy than my old one. But still worth it.
