Took one point off because my first one had what appeared to be an electrical issue right out of the box, with the clock almost immediately losing time and then all the settings changing to random unreadable lines. It did make a cup of coffee but the clock/settings issue recurred every time I set the clock and the only fix was to unplug and plug back in. Called support and they had a brand new machine out to me right away. This one is working perfectly and I'm very happy with it. Coffee is nice and hot! Very happy with the customer service.

The K-Elite has all of the features required in a automated brewer system. Quality build and outstanding pricing. This is my 2nd K-Elite, my 1st is still running strong after 8 years. Totally satisfied with my purchases. Highly recommend this model.

I like it a lot. If only my old unit had kept going another two weeks, I could have got this upgrade at an excellent discount by combining its purchase with a delivery plan for the pods I set up.
