I'm happy with the color and that it is compact compared to my old Keurig. I do notice that it leaks when water is heating up. My old model didn't have this issue. Also, the entire reservoir top has to be removed to add water. It's messy because condensation drips all over when the reservoir lid is removed. It does heat quickly and produces a good cup of coffee. Overall a decent machine.

Noiser then I thought and I think it is missing the grey cap that goes on top of the filter holder ,like all my other machines had. Looks nice on my counter

The one flaw to this design is that they got rid of the flap on the lid to fill the water. Now you have to take off the whole lid, i know world problems, right, but that is the only thing that we found we would change.

I have bought various machines over the years. From the smaller units to keep at work, to one I bought for my mom’s house since she doesn’t drink coffee. The unit I just replaced was 10 yrs old ! Can’t believe it last that long. I loved it. But this new machine has exceeded my expectations. Sorry I waited so long to replace my old unit. You wont be disappointed.

There’s a new feature for us that we discovered that you can set this keurig to turn on a specific time and stay on for two hours. So we set it to turn on at 5am and don’t have to wait for it to heat up to get our coffee!

My new Keurig is one of the best purchases I have very made. So easy to use with all the information of the top of the machine. Love it, this is my third Keurig, the first one lasted for years so I got another one.
