I had a K-Express that I had put to the test between me and my husbands love of coffee. That poor thing died from over use. I bought this one and it has held up to our over use. I have been trying every flavor/type of coffee and tea that I can get my hands on and love the ease of use.

I replaced my prior Keurig with this one, when the section you bring down to pierce the cup broke and couldn't be fixed. I like the new one, but there is very little in the way of directions on how to set up and other things.

Love this coffee maker. The water is the perfect temperature and I really find the coffee in the K-cups to be much more robust than previous units. The entire design is very sleek and looks great on a countertop.

Nice coffee maker, however, we don't care for the new design. We preferred the curved handle because it makes the control panel more visible. The repositioned control panel makes it hard for shorter people to operate.
