It’s nice, would be 5-stars if there were cup volumes instead of pictures, if the water reservoir lid had a knob or handle so it’s easier to put back on; and if the water fill line was on the outside instead of inside so it’s easier to see.

The initial cleaning operation--do I have to perform this feature every time I want to get a cup of coffee? (I drink my first cup about an hour before my wife wants hers--can I get her a cup without performing the "cleaning operation?

Replaced a 10 year old Keurig with this new one. Easy to set up and greatly improved product. I will be sure to take better care of this one and descale more frequently.

We upgraded our 7-year-old "standard" Keurig to this one, wanting a bigger reservoir size and ability to make strong coffee, have more sizes available, plus other features. We get up early in the morning, the strong button has been a helpful tool to wake me up & get me going in the morning!
