The coffee maker looks great very easy to use. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is because the coffee/water doesn’t heat to 192. Coffee maker worked great the first. Next day the coffee wasn’t as hot. I’ve measured the temperature numerous times. 160 degrees is the highest temperature measured so far. I have the tempo set at 192. Also, have sent messages for help with no response.

I purchased this less than a month ago works like it should I only gave 4 stars because the little cup shelf if you call it that (place you put your cup on)it doesn't lock in like my old one coffee does as part of the coffee maker
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is our second purchase of this model. We recently downsized into a smaller kitchen so we thought we would try a smaller coffee maker that would fit better on our reduced counter space. We tried three different models (Two Keurig and one other brand) but could not find one that performs as well as this one, so we purchased this model again. In our opinion, It works better than any other Single Serve Coffee Maker out there.

Love the iced coffee feature

I bought this cause my old keurig bit the dust and I was really wanting something that made iced coffee since I usually only buy them at coffee shops and now I’m going to save so much money because of this feature! Such a good buy!!!

I replaced an older model. I loved it! This one has some fancier buttons. The top to the water is more flimsy. The water tank is larger but hard to handle. It needs a handle. I wish the product was stainless steel, not plastic. Functionally, it works quite well. My coffee seems hotter. It’s attractive from a glance.

I really like this brewer. I like the fact that you can brew a cup of coffee stronger if you like it-some mornings I just need a little more caffeine. The only thing I didn't like is that it did not come with set up instructions. Had to google those so I could set it up correctly.

Wonderful product. The only thing i would like to have seen was a multiple program setting. I get up at 4am for work. The rest of the house doesnt get up til 7am. I can only program for one time. So either someone has to do it maually or leave on the whole time. Not a huge deal but sure would have beeen nice.
