I transitioned to this model from many years using the Classic version. It took a few brews to become accustomed to the settings but now I find I have them mastered. Really enjoying this brewing experience. Much improved over the model I had been using. My only issue is that the seemingly larger reservoir is more difficult to remove and replace. Filling to the top line results in sloshing when replacing onto the base; so, I use only the lower fill line.

Hot water button is nothing new

I like the unit but the hot water button is not fresh water. It flows thru the kcup area, so you need to remove the kcup and do a rinse before getting clean water. That is what we did in our old machine. The hot water button means absolutely nothing! Come on Keurig - do better!

I am so happy we bought this particular Keurig. It makes from 4oz to 12oz size drinks. It is quick and quiet - a beautiful addition to our kitchen. The water is hot and there is more space under the drip to put taller mugs.
