We purchased a new Keurig a few weeks ago because we were having a problem with our existing Keurig. We are happy with the new Keurig. However I don’t like that I can’t see very easily when water is full. My old one had a clear front on the water tank so I could see the mark showing when full. The front of the new one is same color as the machine & I have a difficult time seeing the water line.
This was an upgrade from my last Keurig because it has many features my old one didn’t. Love the gold finish, larger capacity water reservoir, 5 cups sizes and a brew strong choice. Also a great feature is the fact you can turn it on and put the K-cup in and it will make the coffee when it’s warmed up!!
this is my second one, gave the other to a grandchild! Absolutely love all it does
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ok, good news, bad news with this coffee maker. Good news is it’s fast and simple to use. It looks great. I love the water large reservoir and the feature to easily clean the coffee maker. The only bad news is that it makes me drink more coffee! It tastes so good, I am consistently making another cup! I am no coffee connoisseur, but the Keurig Elite makes such delicious coffee, that I can’t wait to have another cup! And it’s so fast, that I don’t have to wait! I absolutely love the Keurig Elite!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Replacement Machine

I've had my K-Elite for about 3 months now. So far no problems. I replaced my K575 due to the fact that the pod sensor was going out and not recognizing my K-Cups. I'm happy to say that this does not haver that sensor. While having a smaller water tank, 75oz instead of 80oz, the difference is negligible. Glad that I can use the same tall filter from my 575. Cup sizes from 4-12oz with easy push button graphic. Hot water on demand, but you can't choose the size like on the 575. I will miss being able to brew the occasional Carafe, but Carafe pods are hard to find since Keurig decided to discontinue them. Keurig listened and increased the base temperature of a cup to 185° from 160 with a max temp of 190 that I've gotten. Overall very happy with this new unit.
I bought this system as a replacement for an older model that I had for several years. This new system has several new features and seems to run much quieter. Highly recommend this model. I particularly like the travel mug 12 oz volume selection.
This is our second Keurig coffee maker. The physical size of the new unit is a bit smaller than the old unit, which helps with counter space. From and energy conservation standpoint, I really like the on-off switch on the new unit. The old unit timed off on it's own, I make one cup in the morning, and then I'm gone. The only way I could turn it off was to unplug it.
