I got this a few weeks ago to replace our 2.0 that stopped recognizing our pods. The K-Elite is quieter and seems to brew smoother. I haven’t used the ice coffee function yet, but like the option. I also like that this model is a bit more streamlined and less bulky.

We have owned several Keurigs..the Elite model is the only one that has held up for us..
Plus, when the other went bad, Kerrigan did replace for free..they stand behind their products!
