It works very well. The water container is a bit small and has to be refilled often and the cup sizes are smaller than they seem. I have to go through two cycles to get a full cup of coffee. Overall, it works well and quickly.

For several days the maker would begin to brew then click twice and shut off. We have to turn the pod half way then start again. Some days it works fine and others are not fine.

Item is sleek and doesn’t require as much space, which l love. However I think it’s a bit noisy for my liking. The motor is louder than I remember my previous Keurig to be. I’m not a coffee drinker but I love my hot tea. And love this maker because it allows for fresh brewed iced tea.
