I love this Keurig! Upgraded from my older one. My last model, I had to hold the hot water button to dispense water and it was only six ounces at a time. And it was never hot enough. The Keurig Elite allowes me to select cup size, customize the temperature, and looks ulta sleek on my counter. I highly recommend for both tea and coffee drinkers!

There only two things that i do not like. # 1 the water holder should be clear. is is hard to see when filling, # 2 timer should be longer to stay on 120 is not enough

This coffee maker is really nice. There are more choices for cup sizes and I can make iced coffee. The only thing I don’t like is I always have to turn it on because it shuts off after a certain amount of time. In the morning I always have to wait for the water to heat up which is a pain when you’re in a hurry. Everything else is fantastic though and I love it.

My only complaint is the splatter problem. Not sure why but it splatters all over the counter. I guess the fact that the pressure is strong is good but it’s messy. Otherwise I love it!!
