I bought this Keurig to simplify my coffee brewing. However, I wish Keurig would brew coffee a little hotter that's why I took one star away.(I set the temp to it's highest setting) Besides that, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great for months now

I wonder if the company corrected the issues this item was having. I did my 3rd party reviews In Dec. 2020, prior to making my decision. The reviews were very good. So far it has been a great machine. No leaks, no issues. Very little clean up.

Wonderful upgrade

I recently bought my new Keurig after my other one I had for 6 years finally died. I like the larger reserve and by moving the coffee cup stand out to be able to place a larger mug or travel mug. Especially, the 5 different settings for water.

I love my new Keurig K-Elite brewer. My old Keurig died a couple weeks ago after about ten years of service. My new brewer has a timer, five volume settings from 4 to 12 ounces, a "strong" setting, a hot water setting and an "iced" setting. (Iced black coffee is a tasty alternative to iced tea.)
