I bought this coffeemaker to replace my previous Keurig 2.0 that broke after six and a half years of daily use. The K-Elite has more cup size selections than my previous machine which I like, BUT it is not the quality of my previous machine. The water tank is not as sturdy as the tank of the 2.0. It does not have flip up fill top and no tank light. So far (only two weeks of use) it is brewing very nicely and I am satisfied with the ease of use.
I would have liked to be able to set the clock to turn of the machine at certain times like my older Keurig Elite did. Other than that it works as it should.
Is it supposed to be quiet or noisy? The reason I'm asking is because the first time we used it, it was quite. Now, it is not, it is a little noisy & the machine makes a little noise when it is about done making, it is like making a cup of coffee again, it keeps spitting over & over & over then it quits. The reason I am asking is because the Keurig I had before didn't do that! Just wondering, otherwise it's ok.
Well I'm a tad disappointed, I thought that I could set an alarm and the coffee grounds and the coffee machine would start making the coffee. The alarm only turns on the coffee machine , it does not brew the coffee..not happy..

We appreciate you sharing this feedback. The K-Elite is designed to power on and heat up at your designated time but it does not brew automatically.
I bought this coffeemaker a few weeks ago since another family member has had the same one for 2+ years with no problems. The heat setting is at its highest however I would like it a little hotter. It makes a great cup of coffee & I know of no other coffeemaker I would prefer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had to replace my keurig 2.0. Bought this one because of the auto on feature. I'm not impressed with this machine at all. The "coffee" is so weak, it's almost clear after brewing. Water also drips down over the outside.

I've had Keurig coffee makers for years and I'm disappointed in this one. It spatters coffee badly while it's brewing, making a big mess. And yes, I've checked to see that the gasket is in place, it is. After having it for less than a week, it's plugged up twice and I've had to clean out the needles. If it doesn't get better I'm going to return it.
