I don't like the fact you can't see when you need to add water to the reservoir, and you have to remember which cup size is which for its not marked for example 4 oz,6 oz, 8 oz.

Eight years ago, I purchased a Keurig coffee maker. I have always used bottled water to fill the Keurig. It has never given me a problem. I decided to treat myself to a brand new K-Elite Keurig. I have been using it daily for one month and am very happy with my new Keurig. It is used daily, is quiet and makes great coffee. The only minor problem I initially had was programming the clock so it would turn on and off the Keurig. The instructions were not as easy as my original Keurig. But, once I got the clock working by turning my Keurig on and off automatically, I am very happy and love it. I only gave four stars for the quality. My previous Keurig steamed heavier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had it for a little over a week and I’ve already had to call about it. Twice I talked to someone. Third time I gave up after holding forever.
I love kruerig but after we had three of the 2.0 machines we thought we would try the elite. Although I actually like not have all digital because the screens go out quickly, this one seems to brew slowly compared to the 2.0. Also the cafe pods keep causing my elite to power off. Not sure what that’s all about but... it means throwing away the pod.

Quality has fallen

I purchased this machine to replace my Kuerig 2.0 and its a bit disappointing. You always hope the new machine will be and upgrade but this went backward. Yes the screen on the 2.0 had issues with going out. I really wish kuerig had kept it and worked on the bugs instead of doing away with it. So many features lost including the carafe. The Elite's water sensor is my biggest issue. I have wasted many pods already because the machine doesn't stop you from brewing if the water is low. There is an indicator light but it doesn't always work. I find out it when the machine starts making awful noises and there is only a couple ounces of sludge in my cup. When it works right I still like my cup of coffee. I have been kuerig loyal for years now but if the quality doesn't live up to the price tag I may have to find a brand that does next.

Flimsy

I bought the K-Elite in December, 2019 as an upgrade to the Original Keurig Coffee Maker that I had been using since it was first put on the market. This unit is a disappointment. It is flimsy and cheaply put together. The quality has definitely been lessened and I am wondering if this is a universal trend in all the Keurig coffee makers. My K-Elite also leaks when warming up and after making a cup of coffee.
