I don’t like reservoir cover. Not hinged. Have to remove cover to fill. Hard to read options miss the video screen on my old unit. Had to replace because would leak water on counter out of the blue so never new when it would happen.

We are an older couple and filling the water and putting it back on the coffee’s maker is difficult because there is really nothing to hang on to.

Great coffee maker, the only thing I don’t like is that my old one had a hinged lid on the water tank for easy filling. This one the lid lifts off so it’s not as easy to lift the front up with one hand and pour in with the other. I love that it turns on and beats before I get out of bed. Haven’t used the iced coffee feature yet.

I like this single brew coffee pot for the most part. The only issues I have with it is the reservoir. With the gold colored front you cannot see the the line for the maximum fill level. It has to be viewed from the side which in my case is not ideal. Also, the reservoir cover has to be removed entirely in order to fill the reservoir. My old Keurig had a cover where the front half folded up to refill the reservoir. It did not have to be removed completely.
