In less than a year the needle part has broken twice. Poor quality plastic

I love my Keurig K-cup Machine. This is the second one I’ve owned. I’ve had my older one forever and decided I wanted a new upgraded Model. There are so many choices on the K-cups, if you enjoy flavored coffees, teas, hot chocolate or any hot/cold beverages.

I bought my new Keurig a couple of weeks ago to replace my older model that I have had for years. Keurig has always been a superior product and continue to enjoy their updated models. I began using distilled water in my Keurig along with the filter and I never have problems with scale. I love the looks and the variety of cup sizes.
