LOVE this! I love that this machine has a timer and turns on at the time I want in the morning - but also that even if it's not already on, it heats up super quick. I love that I can do iced coffee and tea - and there are 5 different cup size settings. I am so happy that I made this purchase.

I'm very happy With my NEW Coffee brewer, I started using it On Sunday January 31st.
I also Got some coffee With my order And I always use these particular Brands so this is nothing new to me.
I would highly recommend this Product and Keurig.

Our last Keurig was a Platinum Plus we received as a gift in 2013 (I think). It just started having unsolvable issues, January 2021. That’s at least 7 years of wonderful service. I can’t imagine going with a different company. This K-Elite has been just as wonderful so far. Looking forward to the next 7 years of great coffee.

I think the quality has gone downhill. We purchased our first Keurig in 2010 and it lasted 5+ years. Then we purchased a commercial K150 and loved it. It had a large reservoir and brewed a 12oz (with they did a 16oz). Then the screen just went blank and it made an incessant clicking noise that would not stop unless you unplugged it. So we ordered this model because it had a 12oz brew option. It is the noisiest keurig we have had. I think we may go back to using a percolator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This unit is very good, but I liked a few things from my older version unit.
1 - the water tank had two blue led lights
2 - i can see the water level from the front, with this unit the water level is hidden
3 - I can fill the water tank without removing the lid

I am a lean black belt 6 sigma, I see you had cost savings by removing some of the things l liked about the older units water tank.

It's a bit smaller than my 2.0, fits perfectly on the counter and just love the new gold color. Wish it had more display functions like the 2.0 but, maybe that's why its more compact now. Love the coffee this little power house produces!
