I love this newer model. It has so many extras that my old original Keurig did not have. Strong, iced, 5 sizes, and fits a travel mug too. Steel grey finish looks great with my stainless refrigerator also.

I bought one awhile back and I set it up to be on when I get up in the mornings. The problem is sometimes it's on and sometimes it's not. After 3 replacements with the same inconsistences I gave up and just live with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this to replace a 6 year old Keurig that I loved. They are very similar in size and functionality. The new one has a very large water reservoir but it only has 4,6,8,10&12 ounce settings. My old one also had 16 ounce and carafe. Nit-picky I know but other than that a very nice and quieter machine.

Our previous keurig finally gave out after over 10 years. We replaced it with our new k-elite and we love it. Newer upgrade features are very nice. The only thing we miss is the light in the water reservoir. Other than that it’s great,

Purchased this month to replace our very tired basic model. So happy we upgraded! Brushed slate exterior is a fresh update which should compliment any kitchen. No more waiting for unit to heat, this is lightning fast, and has the ice setting ( not tested yet).
