I love the extra large reservoir, and the choices of strong/regular, 5 cup sizes, iced/hot coffee/tea/hot water. Works well, have had no problems. Brews quickly and quietly; easy-clean. There is not anything that I don't like about this Keurig K-Elite. I would definitely recommend it. Also, it was shipped very quickly, received in 2 1/2 days.
