I bought this 2 weeks ago. Love it , but every time it brews it makes this loud groaning type sounds. When I first turn it on it makes this loud groaning soubd as well?

I was a bit skeptical purchasing this at first, but it’s been a great fit for my family. The larger water reservoir means I don’t have to refill it as often. It heats up quickly and is easy to use.

I had Keurig 2.0 that the brew button stopped working. I like this model for the following: power off button, easy to fill the water, and cleaner design. The con is can’t use the my filter on this model.

Love my Keurig but there are two problems I have with it. The first is that the resovior holds the most water but requires refill when there is 12 oz of water left and you cannot overide it. The second is the max size is 12 oz. You would think with five cup sizes, that they accommodate at least a 16 oz option instead of a 4 oz option.
