I bought this product a few weeks ago, and I’m happy I did. Happy I can make iced coffee. The auto off feature which I can turn on or off as please. Auto on feature which I can activate if I wish is good to have.
We are very happy so far with our new Keurig. Our last model didn't allow temperature control of the water, but this one does, so we can have a cup of hot-enough coffee! We also like the feature of being able to put in the pod, and pick the size cup we want before the water is heated up....when the water is heated, it automatically brews our cup of coffee.
A Great upgrade. We replaced our older machine that finally died on us. My kids love the iced coffee option. I love the larger water bin, I have to refill it less. We are very happy with the finish. It matches perfect with our stainless steel appliances.
The process to purchase a Keurig coffee maker was not pleasant. I reviewed the different coffee makers and when I decided on one, I found out I could not use my reward points for the purchase and I could not find out why for a number of days. In the meantime I tried to purchase the Keurig K-Elite and the cost and sale requirements kept changing. I finally was able to order the coffee maker but without the auto order discount. Then when I received the coffee maker it was the silver model versus the brushed slate I ordered. Iwas not about to try to return it after the hassle I had ordering it. I have not had the unit long enough to give it an honest appraisal.

Love the machine and great for iced coffee. However, still not enough room to fit a travel mug. Need to dispense into a separate cup then tranfer to travel nug.
